MD1200 Automatic Low-Level Block Machine

This palletizing production line is suitable for dry product palletizing in simple block production lines. It is a semi-automatic palletizing production line, generally set up independently near the product curing yard for on-site palletizing of cured products. It can also be connected to the block production line to implement online palletizing. This automatic palletizing system can separate bricks from different models of brick machines producing different specifications of blocks, organize the blocks, and finally arrange them into square stacks up to 1200 mm for palletizing. For standard solid bricks, the maximum single palletizing height can reach 12 layers. After being discharged, the bricks can be wrapped with stretch film for packaging, or automatic strapping can be used. With forklift clamps, the bricks can be palletized on-site without pallets, and the stacking height can be up to 3 stacks. The entire system is controlled by a PLC touchscreen and requires only one operator. The system can palletize about 210 layers per hour, greatly saving labor costs.
