1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

We collect personal information to optimize our operational efficiency and provide you with the best service experience. We obtain personal information through three channels: (1) information you actively provide to us; (2) information collected during your use of our products and services; and/or (3) information obtained from third parties.

The types of personal information we collect depend on the products you use, your interaction scenarios with us, your choices (including privacy settings), and the product functions you access. Our product functions include core business functions and value-added business functions. You are not obligated to provide personal information to us. If you refuse to provide information required for core business functions, we may be unable to provide relevant services or respond to and resolve your issues. For value-added business functions, you may choose whether to authorize us to collect relevant information. Refusal to authorize will only disable corresponding value-added functions and will not affect your use of core business functions.

1.1 Information You Provide to Us

1) Account Creation and Maintenance

To create and maintain your service account, you need to provide certain personal information. For individual user account registration, we require your mobile phone number, password, SMS verification code and other information to complete account registration, login and service authorization. For supplier account registration, you need to provide the account name, nickname, email address, email verification code and other information of you or the enterprise/institution you represent for account registration and service access. If you refuse to provide the above mandatory information, we cannot create a service account for you, and you will not be able to use relevant services. After completing individual account registration, you may voluntarily provide supplementary information such as email address to obtain personalized services. Such information is optional, and refusal to provide it will not affect your use of basic service functions.

2) Recruitment Services

To provide you with recruitment services, we may collect your personal identity information (name, gender, etc.), basic contact information (mobile phone number, email address, etc.), and educational and work background information (educational qualifications, work experience, etc.), to support resume creation, job application and official communication. Our recruitment services include mandatory and optional information fields. Refusal to provide mandatory information will result in unavailability of recruitment services, while refusal to provide optional information will not affect the basic use of recruitment functions.

3) Online and Offline Event Organization

We may regularly organize exhibitions and online promotional events. To complete identity verification and event communication, we need to collect your name, gender, mobile phone number, email address, position, affiliated company/organization and industry category. If you initiate feedback, we will collect your name, mobile phone number, email address, contact address and feedback content to timely respond to your requests and notify you of processing results. Refusal to provide such information will prevent us from responding to your feedback but will not affect your use of basic product and service functions.
