The production line is suitable for dry product stacking in simple block production lines, classified as a semi-automatic stacking production line. Generally, it is installed independently near the product curing yard, stacking the cured products on-site, but it can also be connected to a block production line for online stacking.
This automatic stacking system can separate brick boards, organize blocks, and stack different varieties and specifications of blocks produced by different types of brick machines into approximately one-meter high square stacks with cross-stacking. It can also automatically generate fork positions as needed. The stacking height can reach up to 1400 mm. After stacking, the complete stacks are output via a heavy-duty chain conveyor, which can be manually packaged or paired with an automatic packaging machine. Every node in the production line has pre-storage positions to save forklift travel time.
The entire system operates using PLC touch screen control, combined with photoelectric sensing and intelligent sensors, achieving unattended automated operation. In case of a malfunction, the system automatically stops, alarms, and displays the fault location, allowing issues to be resolved easily without specialized technical staff. Equipped with a remote control system and cloud data device, the manufacturer can address all problems from the office at any time. The equipment operation uses separate electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic controls that do not interfere with each other, ensuring smooth actions. It can stack approximately one layer every 15 seconds, with a shift stacking capacity of about 150,000 bricks (standard bricks).
